Getting Started
1. Download the Authorization Form and fill it out completely. If you are unable to download the form please call, write, or e-mail and we will mail one to you.

2. The US Postal Service is the most direct and economical means of shipping ashes. Pack the crematorium's container, unopened, in a cardboard box suitable for mailing. Mark the package "cremated remains." Pad the box to prevent damage to the contents. Enclose the completed Authorization Form, a copy of the Death Certificate, and a check for $450 payable to Grace Air. (If the deceased is a United States veteran, enclose $360. Please include some mention of the vet's service: copies of discharge papers or citations, photos, or a simple statement by you attesting to the vet's service.)

3. Mail via Priority Mail, return receipt requested, to:

Grace Air
PO Box 4101
Apopka FL 32704-4101

We will scatter the ashes according to your wishes as stated on the Authorization Form. When the mission is complete, you will receive a notarized certificate giving the date, time, aircraft flown, latitude/longitude of release, and the pilot's witnessing signature.
